help im stuck in this. already change the port 5400 for cacheserver and in source code. what am i doing wrong.

You also need to change it in the .ini files in the Program folder, and if you’re using a VPS, in the firewall as well

i have turned off firewall.
and i used 5400 in ini

im running out of ideas.
