I could probably get it working on SQL 2005 if I actually tried, the guide doesn't explain much, and we don't have a exactly good runnable. (I have not went back through the thread to read, I'm getting this from memory )
Everything else should run fine though.

AKllX i got my server up and running awhile back and there was a few errors at first but i solved them so just read through everything that as been posted and you will find the answers btw its not hard to translate the client neither.
