T-Point problem

I have a problem with T-Points even if I stay in the game several hours it always stays at Zero how can I fix this?

WorldSvr_xx_xx ini files, close to the bottom you'll find this section:

[TPoint]

Check your settings beneath that

Could be wrong, but I believe the premium file also had a T-Point related setting.
