You can use navicat as optional after you set up it in MSSQL

Well I can't really teach you anything.
There's a tutorial in the download.
You just have to run the goddamn exe
if you can't do that then there is litearlly no hope

There's litearlly a guide on how to install it.
Do you have eyes? Can you read?
From what I've gathered it seems like you can't.
