i think you need to use 3rd party software for that.. Photoshop with necessary plugin i think,..

its ok now bro, i already have the plug in. i just realize that its not easy editing the armor set. i love to make some new skin but i dont have enough resources where to get it though im still searching in the web for new ideas and skins for me to try it. thanks for answering my concern. ^^

Yes, my concern regarding in editing was already addressed and here is one of my edited armor last week.

And still learning everyday.

your folder shows you are using developer tantra's files?
if so you need to use the k5 gmtool for the files
