Hey why can't i even use gm command? when i start the server it keeps asking me to check rev packet ops, they say something is wrong, help me):

Check if your character is able to talk in white.
If you can't, go to your SQL and change it manually under 'characters' table for a GM status.

the .jar file must be in MapleStory? i put it as OdinTeh.

Commands and Quests work.
Use "/notice" instead of "!notice". Commands start with "/".

the source was not designed with idiots in mind.

What's the GM level you set for the character?
Try to set it to at least 5?
Make sure it's the 'characters' table, not just the 'accounts' table.

Well ofcourse you will not get alot of commands with level 1 gm... put it to 5.
