Im not so sure on it, the contrast seems a little high through out the sig..
try toning down the contrast a tad?

I love black and white signatures but personally I think this could have some more work done on it.

The smudge isn't good as well as the lighting and the quality.

First, the background doesn't really fit with the renders, it's just...boring to look at.
Second, The quality, whenever you want to make a signature pick up a good quality renders.
Finally, the smudge, when you want to smudge the background, put the render layer above the background layer, so the render comes above the smudged spots.

Only thing I see wrong would be the random circle light source at the bottom lol Good job though I think it looks nice.
