I think you only did good on the first 1, besides the fact you have some weird black cut offs on the right.
the 3rd is okay, but the 2nd one looks horrible, imo.

Sadly, they aren't really signatures for their size but all of them have really bad quality renders and not much effort put into it. Just really basic settings used wrong.

Not that I expected any more from your first signatures though, don't take it wrong, you can do a lot better.
