I get an error after i click "vote" on my web.... it says, "error 404 the requested url vote1.php is not here on this server." I have vote1.php tho.... what do i do?

( It works well for the first 12 hours , and after it recorded the time and data into my database , after 12 hours it shows up this error , why ? )

I created the vote.php and the vote1.php. Now instead of making a fresh new HTML file, I pasted it into an HTML file that I already had. So far so good. I tested it, by entering the username,"test". It gave me an error.

"Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/a9444499/public_html/vote1.php on line 3"

Now of course this is self-explanitry that I didn't connect my MySQL. Can someone tell me what to edit in the vote1.php file? Thanks in advanced.

It was simple to add more then one site but when I try to vote on all it comes up with the time lock...

add a votemethod column in sql then when its doing the checks add the check for votemethod and if its the other votemethod allow it to vote
