They don't.

The OPL float number represents a vector position on a area, not a coordinate. I repeat, NOT a coordinate as many (including bakabug) been thinking.
Ofcource it's out of the question that childs who never been taught high level maths would know such things

I know that, but there must be a way to convert them on real server coords.

is Point 0,0 in the middle of every sector-map or is there only one point 0,0 for whole word?

The OPL float values represents a detailed vector with anchor in the top-right corner.

As I said before, it have NOTHING to do with any ingame coordinates. Don't worry, new version is comming with KCM background and stuff.

Wow it does look awesome. Will be much much better than hex editing the files. Can't wait to use to place object in my now empty new harbor.

Edit : Does look awesome, but somehow crashed on certain .opl files, seem like a small memory leak and ends up taking all resources and yeah, why is the list and the delete gone ?

doesnt work with the opl editor..
when i want to open it, than comes a .NET framework error
if any1 want a screen i post it.. many people has the same screen xD

not all maps work yes^^ and by some it got stuck right ,,maybe a bug or hm.. duno

And n_032_029.opl works absolutely fine, I've been using it as test enviroment the entire day..

I think your mental capacity is to low to use this fine state of the art application.
And looking at your other posts, you should really leave the forum and go back to kindergarden.

Small bug: when you open a map, and then open another map, the objects from both maps are in the list (version 1) or in the GUI as dots (latest version)
