to be sure
uninstall all loopback adapter u have
then install it manually by googling "install microsoft loopback on (windows version u use)
Then it would be working, no need to put any decs or such if u have 1 loopback

It's all clear to do loopback is not a problem. How to redirect?

server is working 100%. I can not configure the client

Deal with his problem. In the code, source code should be changed in my case a value. The code searches for two words and microsoft loopback. Changed to the loopback to "замыкания. " For friends from other countries have both words in their language.

I'm using a USA vps so I didnt see the problem due to language issue, for me ._.

Anyways, if anyone really wants to fix the language problem, then all you need to do is make one socket that connects to a sever socket created on port 8484 to see if it loops back. Viola, your problem is solved.
