I'll start off with client credits...

Client Credits:
- System + Will - Tubi, Damage Cap, Spam
- Eason - Floor Jump Addresses, UFJ, Text
- Me for hexing it back to port 8484 & IP 127.0.0.1

The IP Is hexed to 127.0.0.1 by default, and port 8484.
