because it's a different map

(from 11<--map .......(to 0 <-- map...
You spawn your monster on a specific map... and if you teleport to a other map you'll see the mobs but they won't be able to attack you and you can't attack them.

change map number from 11 to 0 and should be fine.

i make player out from top only can't back again and i change coordinates and still mob's dont attack me and i can't attack them
