Trade wont work.

When I am trying to trade it immediately tells me the other user declined the trade, he didnt and he has no lags.
After that it just tells me it cant trade.
Any fix?

Yes, Restore database.

All of them.. -_-' its not matter.. (it is, but i dont know what database is need restore for fix it, i think its GAMEDB or ACCOUNT, but just restore all of them..
