Have you downloaded a unstable tweak and locked yourself out of your own iDevice and unable to access your device to remove anything?
Safe Mode
Safe mode is one of the most critical things for you to be able to access your iDevice again. If you are unable to access Safe mode, there will be very few ways to be able to access your iDevice once more.
Your device may not put itself into safe mode as it may not recognise that the tweak is effecting your device. In that case, there are alternative ways of accessing your device or deleting the tweak you have downloaded. The alternative ways are down below this text. If after you have deleted the tweak that you thought was causing you the problem, you may still have the same problem that you was having, which therefore you will need to continue deleting your tweaks until you find the one that was causing you the problem.
Here are some ways to access Safe mode if your device does not do so itself.
SB Settings
SB Settings is one of the most useful things in an situation like this, SB Settings is available free VIA Cydia on your jailbroken iDevice. SB Settings allows you to put your iDevice straight into safe mode so you are able to delete that unstable tweak you now wish you had not downloaded.
To access Safe mode via SB Settings, Swipe your finger across the top of your screen, enabling the SB Settings menu to pop up. Once on the menu, click the "power" button. This will bring up another menu and Safe mode will be located on there. Once you are in safe mode, you can still access Cydia. Through Cydia you will need to remove the tweak that you think is effecting your iDevice.
Repo:
OpenSSH
OpenSSH is available to download VIA Cydia. It basically allows you to do, on your computer what you can do on iFile on your iDevice. OpenSSH allows you to access your iDevice VIA any FTP Client E.G. Filezilla. This will enable you to be able to delete that unstable tweak if there is really no other way of deleting it. otherwise, you can put your device into safe mode also this way by using the command line: killall -SEGV SpringBoard
Activator
Activator is also another way of unlocking your screen. It allows you to set up another method of unlocking your iDevice, for example you can unlock your screen by double tapping the home button. This would be useful to sort out your problem if only your lock screen is effected.
DO NOT REMOVE MOBILE SUBSTRATE.
Hope I helped.
