What do you mean with "disable it?" if you have a dev account, then you can't disable it. Only if you delete the code section and then compile it. Even if you have a DEV account, it won't work. Or if you add it to the code, for example /devspeed, and when you enter the code, it activates, and if you enter it again, it clearly turns off. That's how I have it set up.
