Updating Server- Error 38

This is my third attempt to update TetraSEA v1.1.24 to v1.15.1
I think it works this time, but I get an Error 38 when I log in.

I know I have to update my mina-core but I'm having difficulties doing it.
I have NO idea how to do it.
I tried adding the mine-core that came with SXMapleSEA v1.15.1 source but I get a ton of errors that I cried. jk

Can any one help me? Thanks much in advance.

You mean in MaplePacketCreator.java? I got them from SXMapleSEA source, so I don't think that's the problem. Thanks for replying.
