theres a fix for that, hang on

Creating Characters:

Fix:
1:go to your mysql folder(not navicat or the other tools go to mysql like mysql 5.0)
2:find there my.ini and open it
3:find there:sqlmode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_ USER,N O_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"
and delete the
STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,N O_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION
4:after it will be like this:
sqlmode=""
