I can reach the cave v18, but I can not enter into it.
I jump into the portal, and nothing happens ...

did you even add it? did you make sure that both client and server share the same map?

I updated the client patcher from the official server, then copied all the textures, the world and the like into a folder of resources.

For me it seems like you didn't even add it. How about defineWorld.h, World.inc, World.txt.txt?(For map only). Some couple more for objs(Movers and items).
