Is it possible to run a executable directly from another executable's resources in VB.NET ?

Lols, don't get the wrong idea.

I'm creating my own custom launcher for a MapleStory server. I'm using the localhost in my resources.
I doesn't want to extract the localhost to a folder then run in, Instead, I want to run directly from my resources.
