Check in the actual coding section.. that, or Google is your friend. LOTS of VBulletin plugins can be found very readily by just a quick search of "Vbulletin plugins".

In the vBulletin settings, there is a setting to change the group markup.
On one side, have

<span style="have any style settings you want here, for example: color:#0c57be;">

Then there'll be a box right next to it, just have

in there.

Obviously he had to be spoon-fed. You might want to locally host the image incase RaGEZONE goes down for whatever reason, if you know what that means and how to do it.

I don't think he would have a forum if he didn't know how to locally host his files.

thats a pretty easy thing to do;
log-in to your AdminCP then -> usergroups -> manage usergroups
then enter the edit form for the usergroup you want to add the style:
you will see a row called:Username HTML Markup
with 2 inputes, in the first one you enter:
<span style="text-decoration: blink;"> and in the seconed one: </span>

saves and done.

in Username HTML Markup first :

and upload that pict in images folder
