Is the elements.data that you used a server version?
Do you have a 1.3.1 or 1.3.6 server that you patched? If yes, did you take a 1.3.1 or 1.3.6 elements.data and patch that to 1.4.0 or just upload a 1.4.0?

uhhh hmmm i just download the patch 1-16 than patcheed them to my pw than later on patched to 46 and it stopped working

i just cant get connected but dont matter any morei deleted the file and reinstalled it now its working

I supposed you can login but cant' connect with any chars...
It's simply the gamed server can't load the maps because there is an error with elements.data but i can't say how to resolves it for have 1.4.0 items...

You can't. You'll have to do a fresh install again. I would love to know how to get client 1.3.6 to worth with beastie's '1.3.6' server.
