Sir, Before making guides like this I always make sure that it works. Tried and tested Its working on EP9 client as shared on Ragezone Release Section.

Here it is CFG,and ODBC Connection is done! doubled check it when using local ip which is 127.0.0.1 its working

Upon your error I created video to show that it really works on EP9. Just make sure your configuration is same as on this video.
