VS 2015 - "fxc.exe" exited with code 1

Hi ,
i have converted my source to vs 2015 and got that error and tried changing Shader Model as i found on google but didnt work and i have no idea about it
Error :

MSB6006 "fxc.exe" exited with code 1.	Gunz	C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V140\Microsoft.CppCommon.targets	1235
