Cannot create the caracter. Database error
SQLSTATE:23000 error:[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'm_Bank', table 'CHARACTER_01_DBF.dbo.BANK_TBL'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

i just changed my ip from localhost to IPv4
and i can connect to login
but after pressing the server im getting this
cannot connect to the network and error log
