Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. What do you mean "someone?" ?
The search function would help the second you used it, this is probably one of the oldest topics out there..
You can either manipulate data through the database using procedures used during a channel entrance/switch,
or simply adjust the stats in the ranks file as stated above I mean that one short hint towards that file already sums it up really.
You make the war channel use its own ranks file and adjust the effectiveness of each stat type there, if you want to do the same
with actual items then you'll have to create a different file path (new folder) for the files from what I remember.
Anyhow as I said, the war topic as a whole has been explained over and over so a quick search should do the trick.
