It is something to do with the russian characters, I have the same problem

oh ****, get stuck in this error to close to open the server ): thats bad...

i found the solution with a friend...

C:\Shared\InstallableFiles\WarZ\bin\src\Tools\Bin\Atlas\sources\devil-1.7.8\src-IL\msvc9


Del all the .vcproj files with russian letter
C:\Shared\InstallableFiles\WarZ\bin\src\Tools\Bin\Atlas\sources\devil-1.7.8\src-ILU\msvc9
C:\Shared\InstallableFiles\WarZ\bin\src\Tools\Bin\Atlas\sources\devil-1.7.8\src-ILUT\msvc9

Move the built contents of RSBuild in bin/build/data (.bin/xml file) to your webserver under the directory "wz"

Anyone got any idea about the bandwidth needs a full server is going to have?
I have a pretty strong dedicated homeserver running (i5-2500k/16gb), but only limited on my 10mbit upload (but 120mbit down, i know, it's stupid)..
