can someone tell me how to upload it to the web
i don't know how to use Rose CP

Do you have Xampp, WAMP, or Abyss web server? Install one of those, then place the CP files into the htdocs folder. After that you have to turn on the server, forward your ports, or go to your wan ip to see if it works.
