Website Issues

I have just put the full website in wamp folder, and when I go to local host, it has unable to connect to mysql all over the place. But I have no Idea where to change anyof this. I attemted to change the config.inc.php in the inc folder, then the page wont even come up?
ANyone have any previous experiance, please help, maybe we can get on ventrilo or msn to help me through it?

ok edit the .config file in the root directory of your website folder.
Make sure all the info in this file is correct. Now log in on the website using your admin username and pass. Now scroll to the bottom of the page click [admin]
Now in the admin panel click [realm list]
Click your realm.
edit it.
something like:127.0.0.1;3306;root;mangos;mangos
