Hi,
Ranking can order the SQL response data any column. Example: ``SELECT * FROM Server01.dbo.cabal_character_table ORDER BY Reputation DESC``
Account: Use stored procedure from Account db Example: ``EXEC Account.dbo.cabal_toolRegisterAccount 'LoginID', 'Password', 'Email', 'Name', 'Optional', 'Optional'``
Character create not recommended with Query.
Onlne Users in live : ``SELECT * FROM Server01.dbo.cabal_character_table WHERE Login = 1``
But you can use with placeholders every query on PHP SQL STMT.

if you wanna live data, need fetching in 5 sec's or use modern frontend library example: Reactjs or use simple setTimeout Javascipt function and call endpoint.
