what is needed

hi my name is sin and i am new to the tera server's. I am coming from rsps and i want to work on some think that is out of my skill zone. And i liked tera back in the day so i tholt this will be the bast for me and my time. So i get a sever/client fully working on localhost but as of tool's or programs i am not shore what i need or if i have it. So i am hoping some one will help me out here. not i still have yet to go throw the tut threads in witch i do plan on doing to hope in learning more about them

should be most things explained what can be done and what not...
there hasnt been done very much changes in TeraTools,
there are just to less people working at TERA section,

thanks bud got a base i got on this forums working as well as the website and acc creating parts done just having a hard time finding a client the one i have iv started to work on it but its not working out
