what is the difference of *.txt file and *.ini

what is the difference of *.txt file and *.ini in glogic.rcc? i changed a little in mapslist.txt but how about the mapslist.ini? do i need to change it also? i hope you all understand xD

is the *.txt file effect the game or *.ini only? e.g. mapslist.ini and mapslist.txt in glogic.rcc

it depends on your game.exe
if your game.exe using

mapslist.ini or txt

try to open game.exe
with hex editor
explore inside
your game.exe
you will learn a lot
of it!
