What The Hell?

[AlphaZoneR]

Hey! To be honest , i don`t know what to ask , but here`s my problem :
If I start Account Sever , even if it`s Compiled from a v15 source , even the Account Server from the server files downloaded this shows up :

However, if I start the Account Server , with the files downloaded recomended by Audisbroder , it works like a charm ? WTF COULD BE IT ?
Remember , the working server files are v17/18 and the failing one are v15
If you could help , I`d be rocking my tits

EDIT : I see why nobody could help , the picture wasn`t on !
