Why can't put the item into the locker HELP..

I made some items can't drop and be sale to players and NPC with ItemEditor.

But the items ended up failing to be put into LOCKER !

How to solve this ? Tnx!!

I checked the line "Locker"
And still can't be put into locker
If I made item can drop or sale , then it can be put into locker even unchecked the "LOCKER" option..
It seems to be a bug of ITEMeditor
