i request guide , files for windows xp

If you had bothered to search you would have found a lot of the same requests and the answer is always going to be the same. There is no way of running the server on xp only, you have to use some form of linux for the gameserver and there is nothing that can be done about that unless somebody writes a whole emulator from scratch. Nobody is going to do that whilst we have a working linux version just to please those who don't want to learn linux.

No there will be no Emulator on XP or Vista... They made it for linux for a reason...
1. Linux is the most secure and stable.
2. Linux is the best server hosting operating systems
3. Linux is the most complicated to deal with so it fends off all newcomers that want to make a server but are not willing to learn everything it takes.
That way we dont have about a billion noob servers...
