I know, thats why I said I hope they don't force it in future versions.W7 was never made for touchscreen, it's faaaaaaar faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar from touch friendly, unlike W8.

Glad that your liking it, I found when running Win8 CP it was less resource intensive as Win7 but that's just me. I didn't install a lot of programs just the usual daily ones (Mozilla, Pidgin, AV etc).While it is slightly recourse hungry

never cared much about that tbh. I just find wallpapers that are made for dual screens lol.
I wonder if it would be worth it to purchase a touchscreen monitor when Win8 releases. Hmm...
