Does 10 metres usb wire have a slower transfer rate ?

signal speed should be constant whatever the distance, signal strength however will probably drop in usb wires at around 50m, 100m for ethernet

Yes, 10m USB wire WILL lose signal strength and you will get slower speeds. They do not recommend anything above 1.5 Meters.

I recommend using a 1+ metre 1. 10 metre will slow it down rapidly XD
