edit only the rate's it self
like this

Why do you think that someone dont know that he dont need to put the translates on the real config file?! if someone do that so i sure that he cant make a working server.....

for your information i have trancelated evry other confix file and dont have any problems server works as wel local as global at the same time

and i only try to help but in this way i dont want to share and info i find ore
