your still doing something wrong .. since the server can't find the maps give the exact path or if you have the maps in your Server root folder/data try

datadir = ".\data" //thats how i use it right now

datadir set incorect try puting the exact path like ex. C:\mangos\Data\maps



use the lastes mangos core curently 3621
with sdb 0.6.4 Full + change set from 170 to 184 latest and don't forget to apply the mangos sql updates ... and you`ll have a working server

hi, can somebody help me ? i like gave som qestions, 1. ok, i lounch makevmaps_SIMPLE a make thous buildparts now i use a vmapextract and i get a map files but like i put them in a mein folder like in C:\server\Vmaps but when i test it its saying tgat 254123.map dosnt exist, and yes the format isnt .map its .vmap like AhnQiraj_29_48.vmap so please help mee !! AND LIKE CAN U ADD A COMPLEAT SQL DATABASE, I DONT KNOW HAWE 2 MAKE THAT UPDEITS NORMALY WORKING !! PLEASE HELP post here, pm me ore write in skype

a Full database lets see

First thing Create a datavase Charset UTF8 named mangos
Then get the Sdb 0.6.4 FULL at changeset 170 rev3540
Extract it in your mangos database using Navicat or Sqlyog
then get the other changesets from

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

insert all sql from mangos folder then the changesets from 172 to 185

get the last mangos core curently 3632
in the mangos folder from the site the last upd is 3616
but there are still some upds till 3632 get them and insert them then execut Scriptdev2 update.sql

emm, kenny, can u tell me how to setup my server so i can play in LAN?

i change the 127.0.0.1 in the mangos.conf and realmd.conf to my ip, but when i try to run mangos.exe and realmd.exe it close, i check on the .log and it says that it can't connect to the database....

put the loopback back ... 127.0.0.1 that must remain like this ... you have to put the ip in your realmd database in realmlist table

I have an Couple of Questions, for you kennythekid. I used the data 0.6.4, but Its missing Illidan, "instance Blacktemple" and some npc spawns and data is missing. Like the Champions hall is missing the some vendors holding lvl 60 gear and 70 gear. some Npc spawns in outland are missing, like the temple keep instance is missing an "few" npcs. can you help me find an way to get them?

well Illidan is not in 2.0.12 as far as i know ... i think he is in 2.1.0 but dunno if mangos supports that client didn't test it

Illidan's being implemented in the next patch which is indeed 2.1.0.

ok, but is there some way i can add vendors (for the flying mounts & PVP armor). If anyone has the codes for it. but the other issue, I dont get is kazazhan portal doesnt want to work. How I fix that?

in latest Sdb Karazhan works portals ok loot ok tested!

now here you decide if you want to playalone ... don't change the realmlist table address live the loopback ip 127.0.0.1 so no one can't connect
