he cant make other races .... becouse need to make it and in the game ... and this only blizzlike can make .....

not 100% true...
it Is possible to make new races to be playable.
it requires lots on dbc editing + server siide editing

w/e, anyways, how'd you make Noggit work for 2.3?
and how do you work taliis?
i wanna mess around with map editing, but only temporary
(currently trying to look for wow map editor)

noggit has allways worked using the 2.2.3 map files....but it needs a little patch so it loads from the common.mpq.
to use taliis you must extract the map files and open the files you would like to edit.
