I played helbreath a few days, but it's totally crap.

HelBreath's a great game. It was laggy as hell alot of the time and the fact that there was level 200s running around (In Beta.. 200 being the highest level you can reach.. =/) using speed cheats to PK you in town because that town conquest thing (Nice idea..) was kinda annoying..

I loved the game.. I played it when I was bored of Soma.
