XML Editor

I have looked over and over on this forum and I see download links but they do not work, I have also looked at romulans package but when I extract it says error on the xml editor.

Does anyone who still has the link or can upload it for me?

The XML editor was nasty anyways, your better off learning from scratch at least then you can appreciate your own findings and if anything goes wrong you know where to look
