But you need to have a cracked uxtheme.dll in order to use their themes.

Theres something called "WindowBlinds" - it's probably the most popular for customizing a desktop.

Simply, you download the programme here: http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

Then you can go to http://wincustomize.com and download as many skins as you like, which will instantly install them on the WindowBlinds programme. It's safe, its free and its fast. There are billions of themes for any opperating system.

I would reccommend this to anyone, since its the safest way to change your theme without hacking your system.

When your done with it, just go in to Add or remove programmes, and just uninstall it, and it uninstalls all the skins you've installed, leaves no cache etc.
