ZoneServer y AccountServer Error

I have been reading all post and don't have solution.
my AccountServer don't start

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

When use the Greate_ZoneServer another error appears

[ERR: 111] #### Tower Event Error ####
Load () return #ERR= 1

ur Server Files is missing the Tower Event Files... check for a Folder named Tower in Zoneserver Folder...

The ZoneServer was Fixed, single it lacks the AccounServer
