Application for Moderator of Jade Dynasty

I lost my previous account and have been an active member here for almost 3 years. Do some research if you will... but I am applying for reasons beyond myself.


Why do I want to moderate the Jade Dynasty section?

Honestly, there's a lot of stuff that goes on there, and there's no order.
I want to revive the section, bring up the activity and restore the order.
Some of the best developers have left this section due to lack of stability
and structure, and it's just not right. RageZonE is by far the best development
forum in the world, and no section should have to suffer chaos because it
doesn't have an active moderator.


What experience do I have developing Jade Dynasty?

To be honest, I have tried to contribute all of my knowledge through threads
and private messages between Veteran Developers to new developers alike.
I recently did a release of the 11 class server. That was probably my biggest
contribution to date.
I would never think of rating my knowledge, but I have been developing this game for
around 2 years now, and I would have to say I have acquired extensive knowledge
from some of the best developers around.

What would I contribute by being moderator?
Order. Honesty. Peace.
The way a forum should be. I am not at all insulting the past moderators,
but there has not been any order in the Jade Dynasty section for quite a while.
If I was to become a moderator, that's what I would strive to bring back.


Why did you join RaGEZONE?
I joined because I wanted to collaborate with other developers and learn more.
Through joining RaGEZONE, I have acquired so much knowledge, most I would not of
if I had chosen long ago not to join.





I only ask for consideration. Nothing else.

ADDED 15/08/2012:
I would like to officially extend my application to a new section for Forsaken World, and Battle of the Immortals. I have developed both games, and have general experience in developing most Perfect World Entertainment games as they are all made with the same profiles and game engines.

As there is no longer any activity in the Jade Dynasty section, until comes a time which it would need to be moderated, I would like to aim my application more at Battle of the Immortals and a section for Forsaken World. - Ling

The whole deal about there not being order is really some members feeling like they are above others, or spread rumors, threathening and such, would be nice if there's someone who can show them they're wrong. =P

I think you''d do pretty decent as a moderator. Got the cool head as one. But seriously if you're 100% On moderating that helllish section, If you can manage the people there then go for it. I support you 100% haha.
I do believe most of those people left from there anyways. But if they do choose to come back be prepared to handle some drama. , Because they are a hand full. Heh.

Just to clarify it is indeed 100 posts, plus 1 year at RaGEZONE.

I've spent time with Ling on previous Forums and he has done a fantastic job both as an Admin and Mod. I'm sure he'd be able to put his knowledge and skills to good use here.

That section is pretty much inactive and I dont see a lot of problematic posts, so I think I dont need any help.
If you really want to help clean the section, you should use the report button. So far, I didnt get ANY reports from that section, so I assume everything is going fine. (Not saying that I dont read JD threads, I do, and I've found a lot of spam posts from you, usually ty posts.) You dont need to be a mod to help your section. Just reporting would be fine, which you are not doing.

But as I am aware, you already have other sections that you moderate.

Also, as I stated in my application, I want to not only moderate the section, but revive it as well.

And most of those doubles I fix myself. The only ones you had to fix were ones I sent through Tapatalk, and therefore cannot be edited on my end.
