what OS do i need for this files pls?

Where do you guys get Debian 9 ? I only can download V12.

Can anyone that got the server running make a VM OS? One click is none existent now. Old centos command does not work because of end of life 6.5,6.7,6.8. I failed to get it working for debian 9. I'm still learning, but getting nowhere.
