yeah cuz thats logical problem.. you need to change in connectserver serverlist.dat from your global ip to LAN ip and refresh serverlist then u can join the game.. but ur players wont be able to untill u change back the settings.. thats how it is hosting it on your own sometimes.

ps: if u can find way to turn off CPUCOUNT to 0 cuz its adviced for some files which have that bug to fix your dc issue do it and keep the cores running else idk mate gotta change files or get some real host.
