EventNPC Yul Monster Spawn Not Spawning.

Hello guys, so yesterday i tried to add some monsters via EventGirlYuL as i did in the past but the problem is even tho i do anything right ( i guess ) the mobs are not spawning.
PS:No error logs.

The spawn monsters event does not work on worldsrv.bin "mob unlimit". One of the bugs of this release.
