Find your My.ini, (in your MySQL folder)
Open it, find [mysqld]

change line max_connections = xxxx to max_connections = 500

Or change your source code to dispose off unused, old connections. (Check solaxia or blackrabbit release). Fix the issue insted of allowing it to grow larger..

Find buffstats and fix buff packet. (use kms leak and idb for this version)
