i try also all the "release_" and the "release only but cant compile it same fatal error

what should i do with this???

plss can someone give a hint how to fix this error

because i want to change the encryption key at the cryptRCC

maybe your comment.ini has different encryption,,,,

even i decrypt or encrypt its still pop up error comment.ini

this is a good source but I encounter error using Skilledit9.0, skilleditor are working but the load csv not work properly that's way here my big problem, I can't importing skill on other client.. I not good in coding so hope some one well give as a hint how resolve this issue
